Role Overview
Develop scalable AI-powered applications and GenAI solutions to support banking innovation.
Integrate advanced analytics, conversational AI, and cloud-native architectures into digital journeys and core banking processes.
Collaborate across teams to build secure, modular systems using modern frameworks and DevOps practices.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- At least 6 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise building scalable and secure web applications with microservices, REST APIs, and modern frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI engineering, RAG workflows, and cloud-native deployments on Azure or AWS.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field is required.
- A master's degree in a related field is preferred.
Software Development Skills
- Full-stack development for AI, ML, and GenAI applications.
- Backend development with FastAPI, Flask, and Node.js.
- Frontend development with React.js, Angular, and Vue.js.
- REST API development and microservices architecture.
- Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud-native tools.
- Integration of GenAI models into enterprise platforms.
