The Role
Atlys is seeking a Senior Fulfilment Associate to own visa processing and customer operations in Dubai.
The role is based in-office in Dubai and operates on a six-day work week.
The position combines operational rigour and customer judgment while helping improve fulfilment and expand UAE offerings.
The Job
- Own UAE visa applications end to end, from documentation and profile creation through submission and final outcome.
- Guide customers through requirements, resolve questions, and provide on-ground assistance when needed.
- Review documentation to ensure every application is accurate and compliant.
- Identify and resolve application issues proactively.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to unlock new visa destinations and improve customer coverage.
- Track applications, collaborate across teams, and identify ways to improve fulfilment and customer experience.
