The Role
Atlys is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Intern to help build the next generation of Guest Delight.
The intern will work on AI agents that understand travelers, conduct natural conversations, reason through problems, and resolve queries over calls.
The role focuses on real customer conversations, production models, and problems that improve the usefulness and naturalness of AI agents.
The Job
- Improve real-time AI systems for customer support across speech-to-text, text-to-speech, language models, interruption handling, and agent orchestration.
- Improve agent handling of accents, speaking styles, background noise, interruptions, and unpredictable real-world conversations.
- Analyze real calls to identify failure patterns and improve prompts, tools, models, and conversation logic.
- Build rigorous evaluations for latency, accuracy, naturalness, resolution quality, hallucinations, and human handoff decisions.
