Fulfillment Intern

Assist in providing information on visa requirements and support clients through the application process

Help review and verify documentation for accuracy and compliance

Coordinate with internal teams and support communication with consulates/embassies

Track application statuses and assist in updating clients on progress

Maintain confidentiality of client data

Support the team in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience

The ideal candidate

0–1 year of experience or relevant internship exposure

Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems

Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn

Interest in travel, visas, or operations is a plus

Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on attitude

Immediate joiners preferred.
