Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Immediate joiners are required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional frontend development experience is required.
- Expert-level JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript proficiency is required.
- Deep hands-on experience with React and Next.js is required.
- Strong knowledge of state management, web performance, APIs, AI coding tools, testing, Git, and accessibility is required.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable production applications with React and Next.js.
- Lead frontend architecture and technical design decisions.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, bundle size, rendering strategy, and caching.
- Review code for quality, scalability, accessibility, maintainability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with backend engineers on REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Build reusable accessible components from Figma and design-system files.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Drive unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices.
- Work with product managers and designers on scope, estimates, and tradeoffs.
- Evaluate React, Next.js, and AI-assisted development tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Backend or full-stack development experience with Node.js is preferred.
- Experience integrating AI or LLM features into frontend applications is preferred.
- Experience with Vercel, AWS, or Azure is preferred.
- Prior mentoring or small-team leadership experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.

- Strong ownership and ability to work independently on ambiguous problems.
- Product-oriented thinking focused on end users.
- Effective mentoring and direct feedback skills.
- Ability to challenge design or product decisions with data-backed reasoning.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹600,000 to ₹1,200,000 per year.
