TTEC Digital is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer specializing in React and Chrome Extensions.
The role is full-time and fully remote.
The engineer will build AI-powered customer experience tools, including automated QA, conversational analytics, knowledge assistance, and agentic automation.

What you will do
- Build the Agent UI shell, Chrome extension, slide-out or pill workspace, Control UI, and per-module panels.
- Create real-time UI over live voice, desktop, and AI event streams.
- Develop React applications and Chrome extensions using Manifest V3, content scripts, injected iframes, and page-overlay UI.
- Implement WebSocket-driven real-time interfaces, plugin or module-federation patterns, and screen real-estate management.
- Maintain the design system in code and deliver committed timelines in one-week sprints.
What you will bring
- Have 7 or more years of frontend experience and senior-level React and TypeScript expertise.
- Demonstrate browser platform expertise including canvas, SVG, WebGL, animation, and rendering.
- Have real Chrome Extension experience with Manifest V3, content scripts, messaging, and injected UI.
- Design and consume clean APIs and understand pub/sub, event streams, WebSockets, ordering, reconnects, and state synchronization.
- Have experience with plugin or module-federation patterns, dynamic component loading, and frontend performance optimization.
- Understand extension security concepts including CSP, sandboxing, and isolated worlds.
- Use automated UI testing, accessibility practices, and keyboard-first interaction flows.
- Go literacy is a plus.
