Role overview
TTEC Digital is seeking a Senior QA/SDET Engineer.
This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity.
The innovation group builds AI customer-experience tools including automated QA, conversational analytics, knowledge assist, and agentic automation.
Workplace
- The role is fully remote.
What you will do
- Provide automation-first quality engineering for a platform combining voice, desktop, intelligence, and AI.
- Build automation coverage for assigned services and squads.
- Run fast regression suites that support weekly code deployments.
- Detect and report failures rapidly so quality signals are available in minutes.
- Perform load and stress testing against service latency budgets.
Ownership areas
- Test event-driven systems, WebSocket flows, and browser extensions, including ordering, race conditions, and real-time state.
- Integrate tests into trunk-based CI/CD pipelines and manage flaky tests.
- Perform contract and API testing between services.
