Role Overview
TTEC Digital is seeking a Design System/UX Engineer to join its innovation group building AI customer-experience tools.
The role owns coded UX and design systems for real-time voice, desktop, and AI event-stream interfaces.
Workplace and Schedule
- This is a full-time and fully remote opportunity.
- The product team works in one-week sprints with Friday demonstrations.
Product Context
The group builds automated QA, conversational analytics, knowledge assist, and agentic automation tools for enterprise brands.
The team operates with an early-stage startup approach backed by TTEC's enterprise scale and customer-experience focus.
What You Will Do
- Own the design system in code and UX for the Agent UI shell, slide-out or pill, Control UI, and per-module panels.
- Maintain a real component library with templates and patterns that developers can implement without friction.
- Own Agent UI and Control UI interaction patterns, Active Listening and Agent Handover UX, and the product graphics language.
- Deliver accessible, keyboard-first flows and design interfaces for live voice, desktop, and AI event streams.
