- Work closely with operational teams to promote a culture of compliance.
- Support preparations for external audits and help refine internal audit processes and tools.
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial airline operations
- At least 1 year of experience conducting internal audits or supporting compliance activities
- IOSA Accredited Auditor qualification
- Experience in flight operations, safety, or quality assurance (preferred)
