F&M Trust is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Financial Services Representative (Senior FSR) to join our team at our Lincoln Way East Community Office in Chambersburg. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people reach their financial goals, mentoring team members, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

As a Senior FSR, you will play a key role in branch operations while serving as a trusted resource for both customers and coworkers. You'll combine relationship-building, account servicing, teller expertise, and operational support to help drive the success of the office.

Delivering professional, friendly, and accurate service to customers

Processing a variety of financial transactions while maintaining compliance and security standards

Opening and servicing consumer deposit accounts

Assisting with business account needs and branch operational functions

Identifying opportunities to introduce banking products and services that fit customer goals

Acting as an experienced resource and mentor for branch team members

Supporting daily branch operations and ensuring a positive customer experience

Building long-term customer relationships through proactive service and financial conversations

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
