F&M Trust is looking for a customer-focused banking professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Services Representative at our Philadelphia Avenue Community Office in Chambersburg.
In this role, you'll be more than a banker. You'll serve as a trusted resource for customers seeking financial guidance while supporting branch operations and contributing to a welcoming, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do
As a Senior Financial Services Representative, you will:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and provide outstanding service during every interaction.
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Open, maintain, and service consumer deposit accounts.
Assist customers with digital banking tools and self-service technology.
Identify opportunities to discuss products and services that align with customer needs and financial goals.
Support branch operations while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Share knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
Help strengthen customer loyalty through proactive relationship-building and personalized service.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous banking, retail sales, customer service, or cash-handling experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
- Ability to recognize customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
