We are seeking a knowledgeable, service-oriented Senior Financial Services Representative (Senior FSR) to join our Newville Community Office team.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted banking professional who provides personalized service, supports daily branch operations, and helps customers find solutions that fit their financial needs.

You'll also be a valued team member who leads by example and contributes to a welcoming, customer-focused environment.

As a Senior FSR, you will:

• Create positive experiences for customers through friendly, professional service
• Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Open, maintain, and service consumer deposit accounts
• Assist customers with account questions, banking requests, and service needs
• Recognize opportunities to recommend financial products and services that align with customer goals
• Support business account activities and branch operational functions
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to fellow team members
• Help contribute to branch growth, customer retention, and service excellence

• Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Takes pride in accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Is comfortable discussing financial products and services with customers
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Adapts well in a fast-paced, customer-centered environment
• Has a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possesses previous banking, cash handling, retail sales, financial services, or related customer service experience
