Responsibilities
- Act as the finance focal point for assigned non operated assets and asset teams
- Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis
- Review JV budgets, cash calls, work programs, and venture financial performance
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial insights for senior leadership
- Drive process improvements through SAP ERP, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced analytics tools
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, corporate policies, and financial governance requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related discipline
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA preferred
- 10+ years' experience within the energy sector, oil & gas industry, or consulting environment
- Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and financial planning tools
- Strong understanding of IFRS, governance processes, and asset economics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders

- NES is assisting its client to hire an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support the financial management of oil & gas assets and joint ventures in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities
