- Review reliability alerts related to aircraft systems, components, or aircraft dispatch; analyse issues, identify solutions, and propose implementation plans to maintain optimum levels of reliability and cost
- Assist Maintenance sections and other internal and external customers in resolving technical queries and repetitive defects
- Initiate and process deviations to certified aircraft configuration or approved maintenance data
