About the Role
- The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting with financial planning processes, analyzing financial statements, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research/analysis.
Responsibilities
- Work on gathering data, analyzing, and reporting on investments.
- Assist team members with investment analysis.
- Make contributions to written investment analyses.
- Support operations of the endowment.
- Collaborate with key constituents at University.
- Provide actionable analysis for investment decisions.
- Prepare for and participate in due diligence meetings.
- Keep updated with due diligence on new investments.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate correction of account balances.
- Develop financial models including projections and valuations.
- Prepare feasibility studies for new projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance.
- CFA or MBA/MSc preferable.
- FMVA certification valued.
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Experience in investment banking, deal advisory within Big 4 or consulting firms strongly appreciated.
