- Responsible for implementing student recruitment plans to meet undergraduate recruitment targets
- Involves implementation of admission criteria, processing applications, and coordination of outreach plan
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Process qualified students applications alongside the Senior Specialist
- Manage and evaluate academic records of applicants
- Document Admissions Committee decisions and develop offers
- Develop reports and presentations on University Services and student statistics
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed during application process
- Maintain and update student records and admissions information
- Monitor request tracker queues and organize admissions enquiries
- Handle enquiries by telephone, email, or in person
- Assist and participate in university recruitment events, workshops, and visits
- Prepare and manage campus tours for future applicants and parents
- Assist applicants in completing online application process
- Follow up on potential applicants and assist with online applications
