About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, and management financial reports
- Record and review accounting entries, perform bank and general ledger reconciliations, and maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records
- Review payroll, employee payments, deductions, leave related financial adjustments, and End of Service Benefits
- Prepare client invoices based on contracts, manpower supply, payroll services, or man month calculations
- Monitor collections, outstanding receivables, contract profitability, gross margin, employee cost, and client/project profitability
- Prepare Profit & Loss reports, Balance Sheets, cash flow reports, and financial KPI reports for management decision making
- Prepare VAT returns, support audits, maintain proper financial documentation, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in recruitment, manpower supply, HR outsourcing, or service companies
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT requirements, and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
