- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms, kitchens, mess halls, and common areas
- Manage room allocations, bed space tracking, and coordinate check in/check out procedures
- Plan menus, oversee mess hall operations, and monitor food and supply inventory
- Ensure the camp meets strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety codes
- Manage and delegate duties to support staff, janitors, and security personnel
- Address worker grievances, maintain discipline, and ensure overall living standards are comfortable
- Handle petty cash, maintain attendance logs, and generate regular reports for HR or project management
Requirements
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to manage a large, diverse workforce and resolve conflicts
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local labor laws, municipality inspections, and occupancy permits
- Organization: Strong administrative skills for tracking supplies, allocating rooms, and reporting
