- Coordinate end to end Odoo ERP implementation, customization, migration, and support projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Track project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure project activities are completed according to agreed schedules and quality standards
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and overall project performance
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Coordinate requirements workshops and process mapping sessions
- Ensure alignment between business processes and Odoo ERP best practices
- Review proposed solutions and validate business requirements with stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, business users, consultants, and technical teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in ERP project coordination or project management
- Experience working with Odoo ERP implementations is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Operations
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating multiple ERP projects simultaneously.
- Odoo Functional Consultant experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, and data migration processes.
- Experience working with cross functional and geographically distributed teams.
