About the Role

- Manage end to end financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and P&L oversight.
- Ensure compliance with UAE and international financial regulations, while maintaining strong internal controls and risk management practices.
- Utilize platforms such as Power BI and Dynamics 365 to deliver insights, automate reporting, and support decision making.
- Mentor and lead a high performing finance team focused on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, or CA certification
- 8 years of professional accounting experience with 5+ years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; ability to lead system improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and geographies
- Strong problem solving skills and a proactive, process improvement mindset
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
