Overview

  • Our client, a regional leader in the aviation and construction sectors, is looking for a high impact, field oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UAE and the wider region.
  • Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities in aviation, construction management, and technical consultancy.
  • This performance driven role is designed for a results oriented professional who excels at building strategic relationships and converting complex leads into active projects, supported by a competitive annual target and commission based reward scheme.

Key responsibilities

  • Actively sourcing and pursuing new business leads through consistent client visits, industry networking, meetings, and high level referrals.
  • Representing the firm in external engagements to position specialized services across aviation, construction management, RDD, and technical consultancy.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of viable commercial opportunities that align with the organization’s strategic growth capabilities.
  • Managing the complete client lifecycle from initial prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and final closing.
  • Achieving defined annual revenue targets to deliver measurable commercial value and expand the firm's regional market share.

Skills and Qualification required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation, or a related field of study.
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of field based business development experience specifically within consultancy, infrastructure, or technical services.
  • Applicant must be Arabic and English Speaker.
  • Proven track record as a confident negotiator with a demonstrated ability to close deals in a performance driven environment.
  • Strong existing industry network and a self motivated, persistent, and result oriented professional mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a full willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and regional site visits.
