About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Lead to join our Group of Companies in Abu Dhabi. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the successful candidate.

Responsibilities
- Partner with CFO and executive management in developing and executing the Group's financial strategy
- Lead preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long term financial plans
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and strategic targets, performing variance analysis
- Lead product, project, and operational costing activities
- Supervise accounting team and ensure accurate preparation of financial statements
- Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts, manage working capital and banking relationships
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and maximize ERP system utilization
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team
Requirements
- Extensive UAE experience managing finance operations within diverse business environments
- Strong analytical capabilities and leadership skills
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax
- Experience with ERP systems

Overview
- Seeking an experienced Senior Finance Lead to join Group of Companies in Abu Dhabi, reporting to CFO.
- Provide strategic financial leadership driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, costing, business performance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Requires commercially focused finance professional with strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and extensive UAE experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct financial feasibility studies, investment appraisals, and business case evaluations.
- Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and strategic forecasts.
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Lead preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long term financial plans.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and strategic targets, perform variance analysis.
- Develop management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs.
- Lead product, project, and operational costing activities.
- Analyze cost structures, profitability, margins, and operational efficiencies.
- Review inventory valuation, COGS, and overhead allocations.
