About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on AAC production machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment including batching systems, mixers, cutting machines, conveyors, autoclaves, compressors, pumps, and material handling systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
- Respond promptly to equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery and production lines.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce maintenance costs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and equipment history documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, safety procedures, and UAE regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities efficiently.
- Monitor spare parts availability and recommend inventory replenishment when required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability centered maintenance programs.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance of AAC production machinery or similar industrial equipment
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
