- Take ownership of day-to-day hard and soft services across a premium CBD commercial asset
- Manage contractors and service providers, keeping performance and relationships in good shape
- Be the face of FM for building occupants and ownership, handling issues before they become problems
- Keep compliance, WHS, and risk management tight
- Own the financials, including budget management, monthly reporting, and variance analysis
- At least five years in FM with solid experience managing premium or A-grade commercial office assets
- Strong contractor management background, with the relationships and credibility to get results
- Confident with WHS, compliance, and the reporting that comes with a high-profile asset
- A natural communicator who can hold their own with C-suite occupants and trade contractors in the same day
- Work on assets that genuinely set the standard in the Melbourne market
