What You’ll Do

Ensuring all operational electrical systems adhere to electrical safety standards and regulations and all KPI’s and SLA’s are met for planned and reactive activities. Carry out risk review of works prior to commencement, ensuring all necessary GMP standards have been applied where applicable. To complete any other reasonably requested reactive works onsite when asked by Line Manager.

Provide support and supervision to service partners.

The post holder is required to communicate any findings and provide appropriate guidance and support to our service delivery.

· Accountable to the Facilities Manager.

· Responsible for providing electrical and maintenance support (planned, corrective and reactive) within all specified areas and interfaces, laboratory and associated areas. More specifically:

· Ensure all activities assigned are delivered in a professional manner.

· Proactively raise corrective maintenance work orders and complete within agreed SLA.

· Report any safety concerns through CBRE portals

· Issue work permits and review any related safety documentation

· Wear appropriate PPE

· Complete any e-learning and/or classroom courses relevant to role.

· Meet client expectations and always remain processional.

· Support any outside of normal working hours, when required.

· Report any delays and or obstructive findings to Line Manager for any Planned or Reactive works.

· Complete and store all relevant Logbook documentation.

· Monitor stock levels of any stored consumables.

What you’ll need

· 18th Edition Qualification.

· Technically qualified to at least City & Guilds level in relevant electrical disciplines.

· Must have Electrical Technical experience and be able to hold suitable qualification to be authorised.

· IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.

· GCSE (or ‘O’ Level equivalent) passes in Maths and English or recognised equivalent.

· Experienced in co-ordination and supervision of fault finding, diagnostics and rectification activities as part of a planned and reactive maintenance service.

· Experience with computer Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) building management systems (Concept or similar).

· Ability to interface with people including customer staff at all levels
