About the Role
Gerab National Enterprises LLC is seeking a Senior Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end shipment execution, coordinate with freight forwarders, track shipments, and oversee documentation.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with freight forwarders and 3PLs to confirm shipment details, pick up schedules, and required documentation
- Track shipments end to end from pickup to final delivery, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines
- Verify all shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin) in line with Incoterms and regulatory requirements
- Ensure shipping arrangements comply with customs regulations and destination country import/export rules
- Coordinate timely customs clearance and proactively resolve transit delays, demurrage, detention, and damage claims
- Ensure final delivery as per Incoterms and obtain Proof of Delivery (POD)
- Keep Sales, Procurement, and relevant stakeholders updated on real time shipment status and potential disruptions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience in a logistics, freight, or supply chain coordination role within the Freight forwarding/ Oil & Gas Trading industry
- ERP experience is mandatory
- Advanced Excel and logistics system proficiency
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy across all documentation and processes
- Proactive problem solving and decision making ability
