About the Role
Al Madar Oil Field Supplies & Services is hiring a Proposal Executive for Abu Dhabi office to assist the Sales Team to achieve and exceed the sales targets that have been assign.

Responsibilities
- Register and log all inquiries received in the database
- Review and evaluate received RFQ/Tender Documents and acknowledge within 24 hours
- Review orders and ensure alignment with offers, then interface into database
- Coordinate with departments including Expediting, Local & Foreign Procurement for order execution
- Maintain soft and hard copies of files for inquiries and tenders per company procedure
Requirements
- Experience in sales support and tender management
- Ability to review and evaluate RFQ/Tender Documents
- Strong organizational and documentation skills

Job Overview
- Al Madar Oil Field Supplies & Services is hiring a Proposal Executive for Abu Dhabi office to assist the Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer/Quotation Process: Register and log all inquiries received in the database.
- Review and evaluate received RFQ/Tender Documents & acknowledge the same in 24 hours.
- Contracts: Review orders and ensure that the received orders are in line with our offer & interface the same into the data base.
- Sales Order Activities: Order execution and Coordinate with all relevant departments including but not limited to Expediting, Local & Foreign Procurement.
- Documentation & Filing: Ensure that all relevant files are kept in both soft and hard copies as per the format provided.
