• Plan and execute daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery in line with SLAs and organizational standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and service tasks.
• Monitor workflow execution to ensure adherence to schedules, processes, and quality standards.
• Support resource planning and allocation to meet operational requirements effectively.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators and ensure timely reporting of operational progress.
• Supervision:
• Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with service standards and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and service excellence.
• Ensure proper grooming, uniform, and professional appearance standards are followed.
• Workload Review:
• Review manpower allocation regularly to match operational requirements.
• Ensure fair and balanced distribution of workload across teams.
• Identify manpower gaps and support adjustments when required.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with supervisors to manage staffing based on daily workload.
• Operations
• :
• Monitor daily operations to ensure services are delivered as per SLAs, KPIs, and company standards.
• Carry out routine inspections and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain service continuity.
• Reporting:
• Submit regular reports to the line manager on weekly and monthly operational performance.
