Senior Executive

Solve technical problem related to fitment and assembly activities.

Coordinate with Q.A, Machine Shop, PM&PS, TOP, P&A, Testfield, Store and Fabrication for day to day activities.

Co-ordinate with Testfield, PM&PS, TOP for trimming details.

Adaptation of RCA,8D tools to resolve deviations.

Ensure micro planning of all activities through two shift working from issue of material to dispatch of the pumps.

Follow up for shortages with Purchase and MRP.

Plan and co-ordinate with contractor and testfield team for work related to Test Field Set Up.

Ensure system related work and Coordination of sub contract activities of painting, balancing and assembly related activities.

Arrange material from stores against MIN and loan slip if required etc.

Implement ISO 9001, EMS,OHSAS and 5S at assembly.

Ensure Notification closure.

Work on Man-Matrix calculation.

Plan and Execute development pumps related activities.

Co-ordinate with Contract Dept.for raising the inspection call for witness activity.

Work on project to improve efficiency of fitters and reduction in Idle Time, General Work and Additional timing.

Ensure active Participation for LEAN and Digitization projects.
