Senior Test Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• · Validate changes in the backend and design, develop, and execute system test scenarios
• · Validate data transmission between hardware devices and cloud services, correct storage of data and forwarding to other system components
• · Create and maintain test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
• · Automate and maintain system test cases
• · Identify, analyse, document, and track software and system defects
• · Perform regression testing as part of release and maintenance activities
• · Contribute to test planning, test strategy, and quality assurance processes
• · Collaborate closely with development and product teams throughout the software lifecycle
• · Ensure that delivered features meet defined quality, performance, security and reliability standards

Required Skills

• · Strong experience in software testing, system testing, or quality assurance
• · Strong understanding of test design techniques and defect management processes
• · Good experience with test management and issue tracking tools
• · Good experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g. Robot Framework)
• · Understanding of APIs and data communication
• · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• · Ability to work independently and drive quality improvements
• · Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• · Good written and spoken English
