- Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil, fit out, and multi disciplinary construction projects
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements
- Develop competitive tender submissions and pricing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Coordinate with procurement and planning teams to ensure cost optimization and resource alignment
- Implement digital estimation tools and maintain updated cost databases
- Conduct risk analysis and identify cost saving opportunities during the bidding process
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and UAE regulations
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, cash flow forecasts, and value engineering proposals
- Monitor market trends, material prices, and labor rates to maintain competitive advantage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Professional certifications such as RICS, MRICS, or FIDIC training highly preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a contracting company with strong exposure to estimation and QS functions
- Proven track record preparing estimates and managing commercial aspects of medium to large scale projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project execution, and commercial frameworks
- Experience in UAE/GCC contracting industry is a strong advantage
