Hiring: Senior Estimation Engineer / Senior Quantity Surveyor (Villa Projects)
Infinia Contracting
- AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month
- We’re looking for someone who knows villa construction inside out — not just from drawings, but from real project experience in the UAE.
- If you’ve been pricing villas, managing tenders, and negotiating with subcontractors, this role puts you right where those decisions matter.
- What you’ll be doing
- Preparing accurate cost estimates for villa projects
- Reviewing drawings, specs, and tender documents
- Managing BOQs and full tender submissions
- Evaluating subcontractor quotes and negotiating pricing
- Working closely with design, procurement, and project teams
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities without cutting quality
- Reporting costs and supporting commercial decisions
- What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of experience in estimation or quantity surveying
- Strong background in villa / residential construction (UAE preferred)
- Solid understanding of local market rates and materials
- Strong Excel and estimation software skills
- Clear communication and commercial awareness
