About the Role
Infinia Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage end-to-end procurement for construction projects in Dubai. The role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Responsibilities
- Collect material requirements from project sites and prepare purchase requisitions
- Source qualified suppliers and obtain competitive quotations
- Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery of materials
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and delivered goods
- Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and maintain accurate procurement records
- Prepare monthly procurement reports and highlight unusual procurement activities
- Provide regular procurement updates to the Finance Department for capital projects
- Respond to procurement related queries from internal teams and suppliers
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company procurement policies
Requirements
- 5–8 years of procurement or purchasing experience in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and procurement procedures
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement software
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role
- Infinia Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to join our growing construction team in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end to end procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost effective purchase of materials to support ongoing construction projects.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
