Role Overview
Jaseera Building Contracting LLC is seeking a Senior Estimation Engineer (Civil) for construction projects in Dubai.
The role focuses on preparing accurate, competitive, and technically compliant cost estimates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE market.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools such as Candy, CostX, or PlanSwift.
- Strong knowledge of UAE market rates, supplier networks, and FIDIC contracts.
- Strong attention to detail, negotiation skills, and ability to meet tight bid deadlines.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for current and upcoming construction projects.
- Develop competitive cost estimates for project bids.
- Ensure estimates are technically compliant with project requirements.
