Requirements
- A degree in Engineering is required.
- At least four years of UAE experience as a Planning Engineer in high-rise construction is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools and construction processes and sequencing is required.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills are required.
- English and Hindi language knowledge is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update construction project schedules with cost and resource loading.
- Monitor site progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports with cash flow and S-curve data.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
- Analyze delays and prepare mitigation and recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements.
