Role Overview
The HR Manager will lead daily HR operations, policies, procedures, and compliance.
The role manages the employee lifecycle, supervises HR staff, handles employee relations, and advises senior management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily HR operations, policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and appraisals.
- Supervise Senior HR Executives and HR team members with guidance, coaching, and support.
- Handle employee relations, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Prepare and review HR reports, advise senior management, and resolve HR issues.
- Maintain employee confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Four to six years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE construction or contracting sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS payroll procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
