Role Overview
Thales India Engineering Competency Center in Bangalore is seeking a Senior System Solution Engineer for MCO equipment engineering.
The role supports design changes to avionics computers and related hardware during serial production and support phases.
The equipment includes flight-control, flight-management, display, interactivity-control-panel, and head-up-display computers.
The team focuses on hardware changes, including electronics and packaging.
Core Responsibilities
- Establish impact analyses for electronics design changes.
- Understand the applicable documentation basis, from specifications through IVVQ and safety BOM data packages.
- Propose validation plans.
- Build simulations and analyses and establish the demonstrations needed for PDA and customer approval.
- Prepare customer certification documentation and participate in reviews.
- Perform complementary testing and IVV at equipment level.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with electronics engineers when boards or FPGAs are modified.
