Responsible mainly for helping Project manager (Site in charge) for establishing and implementing the quality management systems

Maintain Project documentation with project numbering system as per contract Sop-custodian and document controller

Prepare, update and implement project QAP

Prepare, review, submit and get the approval of ITP for equipments, method statements for all activities, field QAP for civil, electrical and testing activities

Co-ordinate with customer for approval of FAT reports, site inspection for materials of receipt and witness the testing and commissioning activities

Ensure all testing equipments are duly calibrated and co-ordinate with testing and commissioning agency

Support project manager in planning, supervision, ensuring prevention of NCRs, reporting potential failure and take corrective actions

Co-ordination between all functions like Design, Civil, Electrical, HSE, Commercial to ensure compliance as per the project QAP

Monitor supplier and contractor performance with respect to approval MQP

Prepare and submit periodical report on QA/ QC activities to HO

Liable for Quality surveillance of site activities
