Job Responsibilities

Drive Timely and Accurate Billing: Manage the entire billing cycle, from quantity surveying and documentation to invoice generation and submission, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and timely client payments.

Champion Efficient Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractor billing, meticulously verifying work orders, measurements, and payments while fostering strong relationships and seamless collaboration.

Be a Financial Guardian: Monitor project financials, including profit and loss accounts, identifying and analyzing variances, and proactively addressing potential issues to optimize project profitability.
