About the Role

Responsibilities
- Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives and electrical system enhancements
- Develop and review technical specifications and standards for electrical assets (LV/MV systems, power distribution, control systems)
- Ensure all maintenance strategies and plans are safe, risk based, and regulatory compliant
- Monitor the performance of electrical systems and ensure high reliability and availability of critical assets
- Identify causes of electrical failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major electrical faults and breakdowns
- Ensure effective use of CMMS (Maximo) for maintenance planning, reporting, and asset data management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Related
- 6 months – 3 years of relevant experience and 3 – 5 years of overall experience
- Hands on experience with Maximo CMMS or similar asset management systems
- Good understanding of asset management and maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience in fault diagnosis and RCA

Job Overview

What You’ll Deliver
- Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives and electrical system enhancements.
