About the Business Unit

- Responsible for the management of all Ooredoo networks, technology infrastructure/ platforms and processes to achieve fast time to market, high operational efficiency, and support product/ service innovation.
- The department is responsible for the optimization and efficiency of mobile (macro, metro, micro, femtocell, and picocells) and fixed (converged) active network in terms of capacity, coverage and QoS.
About the Role
- The RAN Senior Engineer (O&M) is responsible for ensuring the continuous availability, stability, and optimal performance of the live radio access network through proactive monitoring, fault management, and resolution of complex technical issues, ensuring optimum performance and availability.
About You
- 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the telecommunications field, operations and maintenance of transport networks.
