Responsibilities
- Help senior colleagues manage client and customer relationships by using relevant sales or client systems.
- Supervise others on a construction project, working within established operational systems.
- Help others get the most out of external communications systems by offering support and advice.
- Follow the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions.
- Communicate the local action plan; explain how this relates to the function's strategy and action plan.
- Identify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching to team members to develop their skills.
- Respond to personal objectives and use performance management systems.
- Plan and coordinate testing and inspection of products and processes.
- Assign short term work schedules to a team of subordinates.
