Senior Electrical Engineer

Essential qualifications and experience:

Bachelor of Engineering or technology in Electrical/Electronic\Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent with a minimum experience of 7+ years.

Strong leadership and project management capabilities with experience mentoring junior engineers.

Design and engineering experience in engineering equipment for the Mining, Mineral process or similar to bulk material handling.

Experience on VVVF Drive, motor sizing, cable sizing, equipment electrical layout, cable schedule preparation is mandatory.

Experience using electrical engineering software.

Working knowledge of SAP is desirable, Microsoft Office Products.

Capability to make decisions independently while working as part of a team.

Capability to work in structured manner even under pressure.

Experience with configuring and troubleshooting industrial controls systems and industrial instrumentation.

Experience in designing process automation for OEM equipment is a plus.

Experience with commissioning automated equipment or systems is a plus.

Experience with Low Voltage & Medium Voltage motors is a plus.

Experience in project management is a plus.

Experience with Functional Safety Systems is a plus.
