Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all electrical engineering activities on site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules
- Lead and mentor electrical engineering teams, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with design documentation, safety protocols, and QA/QC procedures
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues, manage change orders, and maintain project momentum

- Prepare comprehensive site reports, technical documentation, and progress updates for project management and client stakeholders

- Liaise with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and other disciplines to ensure seamless multi disciplinary coordination on site
- Maintain transparent communication with project managers, quality specialists, and clients regarding technical matters and project status
- Ensure Health & Safety protocols are embedded into all work practices and site operations in accordance with company policies and local regulations
- Provide technical support and expert guidance on prequalification documents, RFPs, and client inquiries
- Analyze technical challenges methodically and develop innovative, cost effective solutions that maintain project integrity
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in electrical engineering
- At least 5 years in site supervision or on site project management roles
- Proven experience leading electrical engineering teams and managing contractor/vendor relationships
- Demonstrated experience with MEP coordination on medium to large scale projects
- Strong background in site safety compliance, inspection protocols, and Health & Safety management
- Experience with project scheduling, progress monitoring, and budget management
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia
- Advanced proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, REVIT, Navisworks, MS Office
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as Dialux Evo
- Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles in LV, Lighting, ELV, and Fire Life Safety design
- Comprehensive understanding of international design standards including BS EN, CIBSE, ASHRAE, and NFPA

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Senior Electrical Engineer (Site Supervision) to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- In this pivotal role, you will oversee electrical engineering operations on site, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards while maintaining compliance with corporate policies, client requirements, and local regulations.
- You will lead a collaborative team, drive innovative solutions, and serve as the primary technical authority on electrical matters throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Skills & Software Proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digitalization techniques.
- Expert level skills in AutoCAD, REVIT, Navisworks, and MS Office suite.
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as Dialux Evo and specialized calculation tools.
- Strong capability in manual and computer aided calculations, technical analyses, and problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply design standards and technical documentation.
Technical Knowledge & Expertise
- Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles in Low Voltage (LV), Lighting, Extra Low Voltage (ELV), and Fire Life Safety (FLS) design.
- Comprehensive understanding of international design standards including BS EN, CIBSE, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
- Excellent knowledge of local statutory authorities' regulations and submission requirements in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
- Strong understanding of buildability, construction techniques, and site logistics.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and energy efficient technologies.
- Basic understanding of HVAC and public health engineering principles.
- Familiarity with QA/QC review processes and quality management systems.
