- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain accurate records of findings
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address and resolve mechanical issues
- Verify that corrective actions are implemented effectively and in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical inspection
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise as required
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures during all on site activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical building services including installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning
- Proven track record in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, gas, and fuel system inspections
- Previous experience in engineering consultancies preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and material specifications
- Strong proficiency in mechanical inspection techniques, quality control protocols, and industry compliance standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, and local Saudi codes)
- Skilled in using inspection, documentation, and reporting tools/software
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and the project lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in high pressure environments

- We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Mechanical Inspector (Saudi National) to join our site supervision team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
