About the Role
Parsons is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer for a mega-infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia. The role involves design development, reviews, and analysis for electrical systems including LV, MV, HV networks, substations, and ELV systems.

Responsibilities
- Perform design development, design reviews, and analysis for electrical works
- Prepare general arrangements, layouts, single line diagrams, protection diagrams, and schematic diagrams
- Research and prepare design options and documentation
- Perform value engineering studies
- Review drawings and extract engineering information from CAD drawings
- Prepare engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs
- Interface with other engineering disciplines and departments
- Review shop drawings, supplier drawings, and technical submittals
- Prepare and issue specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents
- Perform technical tender analyses and prepare tender evaluation reports
- Provide technical guidance to BIM modelers, CAD designers, drafters, and lower level engineers
Requirements
- Experience in electrical engineering design and analysis for infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of LV, MV, HV networks, substations, and ELV systems
- Proficiency in CAD and BIM software
- Ability to perform value engineering studies
- Experience with technical tender analysis and evaluation
