Job Purpose
HanmiGlobal is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for its program management and PMCM team in Saudi Arabia.
The role supports a mega multi-work package land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh for a major government entity.
The position provides program-level technical expertise, engineering assurance, and collaborative oversight for electrical designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Review electrical engineering reports, design calculations, load studies, specifications, drawings, power demand analyses, and technical submissions.
- Evaluate electrical solutions for safety, reliability, resilience, operability, maintainability, energy efficiency, sustainability, and lifecycle performance.
- Review power distribution systems, medium- and low-voltage networks, substations, electrical utility corridors, and street lighting systems.
- Assess load forecasts, network capacities, utility interface requirements, and power supply strategies.
- Coordinate with utility providers and regulatory authorities to support approvals, compliance, and infrastructure integration.
Reporting
- Reports to the Technical Manager.
Requirements
- Provide program-level electrical engineering expertise and technical governance for a major land and infrastructure development program.
- Review electrical engineering reports, design calculations, load studies, specifications, drawings, power demand analyses, and technical submissions.
- Assess electrical solutions for safety, reliability, resilience, operability, maintainability, energy efficiency, sustainability, and lifecycle performance.
- Ensure electrical designs comply with approved standards, utility requirements, client requirements, statutory regulations, and project objectives.
- Coordinate with utility providers and regulatory authorities to support approvals, technical compliance, and infrastructure integration.
