Role overview
SEVENSTORE is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Executive to join its Ecommerce team.
The role supports onsite performance, trading strategy execution, and customer journey improvements.
The position offers greater ownership of key trading areas and includes mentoring Ecommerce Executives.
Workplace
- The role is hybrid and requires attendance at the head office in Greater Manchester.
- This is not a remote role.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of the ecommerce trading strategy to improve conversion, revenue, margin, and customer experience.
- Own day-to-day onsite trading across priority categories, campaigns, and launches.
- Lead execution of trade calendars, promotions, launches, and brand moments.
- Manage site merchandising across navigation, PLPs, search, collections, and landing pages.
- Identify commercial opportunities through performance analysis and customer behaviour insights.
- Support forecasting, trading reports, and performance commentary across regular reviews.
- Coordinate onsite activity with Creative, UX, CRM, Buying, and Merchandising teams.
- Support SEO-led content initiatives and optimise onsite search and merchandising logic.
