Role Overview
Footasylum is seeking a Fashion Retail Assistant Store Manager for its store in Bromborough.
The role supports the Store Manager, leads teams, drives sales performance, delivers customer service, and supports colleague development.
The role offers progression toward Store Manager responsibilities in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
Store Leadership
- Lead the store team and act as Store Manager in the Store Manager's absence.
- Create strategies that improve customer service, increase sales and profitability, support company policies, and enhance customer experience.
- Assist in the efficient running of the store and plan for future requirements.
Operational Responsibilities
- Maximise in-store sales and build customer loyalty through excellent service.
- Monitor stock, protect profit, and support employee safety and wellbeing on company premises.
- Display products to stimulate interest and attract customers.
- Apply policies and procedures consistently and fairly for colleagues.
- Provide and participate in training, recruitment, and colleague development activities.
- Control day-to-day store expenses and support profit and loss management.
