This is a part-time, remote Senior E-commerce role focused on online sales performance and digital customer journey optimization.
The role manages product listings, pricing, promotions, performance metrics, cross-functional coordination, and customer experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive online sales performance and optimize the digital customer journey.
- Manage and improve product listings, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze traffic, conversion, and revenue data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams.
- Ensure high-quality customer experience through clear product information and responsive support.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members on e-commerce best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Commerce with experience in e-commerce operations, online merchandising, or digital retail.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret performance data and develop actionable optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder presentations.
- Customer service experience focused on the online customer journey and issue resolution.
- Proven digital or online sales skills, including conversion optimization and revenue growth.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplace environments.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous senior or lead e-commerce experience is highly beneficial.
